Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  1. Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over R500 in Gauteng and Free shipping for orders over R1600 outside of Gauteng. A R100 fee applies for orders under R500.

 

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South-Africa

Returns Policy

We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Personalized or clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: Return shipping is free.

Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company first.

  1. Exchanges

If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we’ll process an exchange at no extra cost.
